This project is a study of the emerging use of LED street lamps for the infrastructural lighting in Denmark. Through the study, LED street lighting is investigated through Actor-Network Theory and a Life Cycle Check is made, to make a comparison to the metal halogen lamp. These methods are used to estimate the LED technology's role in street lighting in Denmark and the potential impact it may have when compared to a more conventional street lamp technology.
