Reuse of water is almost not used in Denmark, due to fear of contamination and low water prices. In this project two existing grey wastewater treatment facilities in Denmark are used as case study. Water samples are analysed and the economic feasibility are evaluated. There are advantages by reusing water: Lower water use and potential moneysaving. But there are also disadvantages: Bacterial growth, high number of particles and laws that need to be taken into account to make a sustainable solution. Is this technology good enough to be used in the future?
